REFUND POLICY
We do not provide refunds!
Deposits are non-refundable as materials are purchased with this payment. Sales are final. If you cancel and materials have been purchased you have up to a year to use the given credit. Alterations can be made up to 3 days of receiving. No returns or exchanges.
FAQ & Return Policy
1. How do I book a consultation?
Click the "CUSTOMS" link and simply book your spot.
2. How long does it take?
Production can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on the order, prom and bridal can take up to 10 weeks.
3. Do you do in-person fittings?
Yes, we do, we are located in Tallahassee, FL, and recommend you travel for fittings.
4. What if I don't like the material?
You are more than welcome to pay an additional fee to change materials. During the consultation, materials are discussed and reviewed to confirm your vision.
5. Shipping policy?
We ship worldwide through FedEx. Shipping can be Express (1-2 days) or Ground (3-5 days)
